Returns
At Taynort, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, perfumes, or alterations.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. If you have further Questions, please contact us customerservice@taynort.com
How to Initiate a Return
- Start your return process by clicking the view order tab in the order confirmation email sent to you. Click on Return and follow the steps to return your purchase.
- Once we receive your return request, return shipping label will be emailed or texted to you.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service customerservice@taynort.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
