  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, perfumes, or alterations.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.

     How to Initiate a Return

    • Start your return process by clicking the view order tab in the order confirmation email sent to you. Click on Return and follow the steps to return your purchase.
    •   Once we receive your return request, return shipping label will be emailed or texted to you.

    Defective Items

    • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer service customerservice@taynort.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect.
    • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
